2. Dealer Incentive ($500)

No individual, company or entity will receive $500.00 for making an inquiry about a dealership/franchise. To receive the $500.00 incentive, you must be approved by our company and become a certified dealer with all dealer paperwork approved and complete with adequate funds or financing in place to receive to this offer. No Dealer or Customer will receive $100 Gift Card unless approved or our company has adequate funds or financing in place to give the customer $100. No other offer applies.

 

3. Promotions / Discount Coupons

Discount coupons are subject to Dealer participation. Not all of Leaf Slugger Dealers participate in Discount promotions. Please verify with your local Dealer before requesting your gutter protection quote. Dealers that accept the Discount Coupon require that the Coupon be present at the time of the consultation. Coupon not valid with any other discount or promotion for gutter protection unless prior notification from the participating Dealer. No individual, company or entity will receive $25.00 Gas Card for testimonials until videos are verified and approved. Video testimonials are not accepted from non-customers under any circumstances. No individual, company or entity will receive $10.00 Gas Card for Request for Quote if contact information is not incomplete and not legitimate. Free giveaways, sweepstakes and all other promotions will have additional disclaimers, warranties.

 

4. No Warranties

Leaf Slugger DOES NOT MAKE ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR ENDORSEMENTS WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) WITH REGARD TO THE WEB SITE, THE MATERIALS, ANY PRODUCTS, INFORMATION OR SERVICE PROVIDED THROUGH THE WEB SITE, OR ANY SITES LISTED THEREIN, AND THE WEB SITE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY COST OR DAMAGE ARISING EITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM ANY SUCH TRANSACTION.
